Our law firm seeks an experienced Medical Malpractice Paralegal to join their plaintiff‘s team, where you will:

- Assist attorneys in preparing pleadings, motions, and briefs

- Conduct research and gather case information

- Prepare deposition summaries

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and depositions

- Communicate with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, courts, medical providers, experts

- Assist with trial preparation and prepare exhibits for depositions and trials

Experienced Medical Malpractice candidates ONLY, with a certification in paralegal studies, MS Office and database skills, knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations, proficiency in legal drafting and document prep
